El Parque Independencia

The residential park is located in Independencia along the main road in the Planta Urbana district. Development of the site began around three years ago. Following careful planning by a surveyor, 57 plots were created on the 23-hectare property. Roads were built, and each plot received electricity and water connections.

After a slow start in plot sales, things picked up rapidly once the first homes began construction.

All plots are now sold. Many construction sites are active as owners build their dream homes.
